 Good morning, everyone!

Today is a little bit different!

I want you to find the darkest room in your house, shut off all the lights and big screens. Turn the computer away from you.

Start this video, then sit quietly in the dark for 3 minutes. I know! It will seem like forever, but trust me, it will be feel good to just sit and relax and breathe.

Make sure you are taking deep slow breaths, in through your nose, out through your mouth.



Take a couple seconds to think about how you feel.
