 Good morning, everyone!

This one is a little bit longer today. Take 15 minutes (I know, it seems like a really long time) and follow along with this yoga flow.

If you don't have a yoga mat, grab a bath towel and use that! And just try your best! It's about the process, not necessarily about the product.

Give yourself a chance to relax and breathe.



Once you have finished, take a moment to think about how you feel.
