A limerick is a five-line rhyming poem, which intends to be witty or humorous, and are sometimes obscene with humorous intent.
Example:

That has run out of pluck
Or a lam that's been recently fleeced

Types of Humour - Blunder
A blunder is wit based on a person who makes a mistake which in turn makes them look foolish.
Example: At a social gathering, a musician was conversing with an aging dowager who had been assisting him financially. Without thinking he asked his backer how old she was. "Who do you wish to know?" she countered. "M\y dear," the musician answered without a moment's hesitation, "I merely wanted to know at what age a woman is most fascinating."

Types of Humour - Banter
Banter is good-natured teasing back and forth. It is an exchange of witty remarks.
Example: "Machine was warm. Inside out with like colours. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium. Medium hot iron. Do not iron print. OR GIVE IT TO YOUR WOMAN it's her job."
